View availability and book a session. For initial evaluations, an intake form, and consent to treat will be emailed to you shortly after you schedule. Please fill this out prior to your appointment to maximize the use of the 1-on-1 time. Please be advised we do not accept insurance at this time. If you are covered under Medicare, please reach out to me first before scheduling, as there are certain considerations that must be made when individuals are covered by Medicare.
